Returns and Exchanges Policy
- Items Must be returned within 7 days from receiving the order for exchange/return.
- Items must be returned in a sellable condition - unworn, tags attached.
- PLEASE NOTE: items that are damaged, soiled, or smelling of perfumes/scents will NOT qualify for a refund and can be refused.
- Refunds take up to 7-14 days refunded back to the card used during the transaction. Refunds are processed once the item(s) are received back to us.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning / exchange your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
How To RETURN/EXCHANGE
- Email us at msquared@mystiquearoma.ae , Please provide your 1-order # 2- Reason of Return/ Exchange.
- Re-pack the item with the labels and tags still attached ready for your collection.
- Items will be collected within 3 working days.
